Sessions · women only

The first one is free. Then you decide.

Sessions are with me, Viktorija Pileckaite, M.Sc. Psychologie. One full hour, online, one to one, sisters only. You don't need a diagnosis, a referral, or the right words for it yet — working out what is actually going on is part of what the session is for.

How it works

What happens, step by step

You book a free first session

Pick a time in the calendar below. You'll get a confirmation and a video link by email straight away. Nothing is paid at this stage and nothing is committed.

A few questions when you book

The booking form asks a few questions. Answering them means we don't spend the hour on background you could have written down in ten minutes.

The session

A full hour. We work out what is actually happening, and you leave with one concrete thing to practise — even from the first one.

You decide what happens next

Some women come once. Others come weekly for a while. There is no package to buy and nothing renews by itself. If I think you need clinical treatment rather than counselling, I'll say so and help you find it.

What it costs

€55 per session · one hour

The first session is free. After that it is €55 each, paid per session — no packages, no subscription, nothing that renews unless you ask for it.

Ways to pay

  • PayPal
  • Revolut
  • EU bank card
  • EU bank transfer
  • Jordanian bank transfer

Buying sessions directly through the website is coming soon, in shā' Allāh. Until then we'll sort payment between us — it has never been a problem, and it shouldn't be the thing that stops you asking for help.

If €55 is out of reach

I keep a limited number of reduced-fee places. I would much rather you ask than quietly decide you can't afford help.

They are meant for women whose circumstances genuinely make the fee impossible — living in a low-income country, in real hardship after hijrah, or in a situation where income is nothing like what a European fee assumes.

The number of places is limited, so there may be a short waiting list. Write to me, tell me honestly where you are, and I'll tell you what I can do.

Languages

Five languages, with one honest caveat

Sessions can be held in any of these. Where it matters, I've said what you would and wouldn't get in writing.

EnglishSessions, worksheets and questionnaires — everything.
GermanSessions, worksheets and questionnaires — everything.
RussianSessions, worksheets and questionnaires — everything.
LithuanianSessions, worksheets and questionnaires — everything. It is my first language.
ArabicSessions yes — I speak colloquial Levantine Arabic well. But my worksheets and diagnostic questionnaires do not exist in Arabic, so written material would come to you in English, German or Russian.

If your Arabic is strong but your English is workable, that combination usually goes fine — we talk in Arabic and you read in English. Tell me when you book and we'll find what fits.

Practical

Questions people usually have

Do you work with men?

No. I work with women only, and that isn't flexible. If a brother needs support, I'd encourage him to look for a male counsellor rather than write to me.

What kind of help is this, exactly?

I offer psychological counselling. The methods come from modern psychotherapy and the research behind it, and the work is structured, practical and time-limited — we agree what we are working on, and we work on it.

If what you need is clinical treatment or a consultation with a psychiatrist, I will tell you plainly and help you find it rather than keep you here. And I'll gladly explain why I think so in your particular case, rather than just sending you away.

Can I use this while I wait for a psychotherapy place?

Yes, and a number of women do exactly that. Waiting lists run for months in most countries. Counselling in the meantime means you are not left alone with it until a place opens up.

Do I need to explain Islam to you?

No — that is much of the point. You can use the vocabulary you actually think in without translating it first, and you won't be asked to justify your dīn to the person meant to be helping you.

What is your creed, exactly?

I'm Salafi. No shirk, no bidʿah, no Sufi methods and no esoteric techniques — whatever name they're given. The full explanation is on my approach page, including what I will and won't bring into a session.

Is it confidential?

Yes. What you say stays between us, with the ordinary legal exceptions where there is a serious risk to your safety or someone else's. Nothing from a session is ever published, quoted or used as an example.

What if I need to cancel?

Let me know at least 24 hours beforehand and we'll move it, no charge. Life happens — especially with children.

I'm not sure I need this.

Then book the free first session and find out. It costs you an hour, and if I'm not the right person for what you're carrying, I'll tell you so honestly.

Ready when you are

The first session is free and there is nothing to commit to afterwards.
